Aquachek 4-Way Chlorine Dip Strips Test for:
- PH – An ideal PH level ranging from 7.2 – 7.6 keeps the water from causing corrosion or scaling.
- Free Chlorine – Chlorine must be kept at between 3-5ppm in a hot tub to prevent bacteria from growing.
- Total Alkalinity – keeping this correct will stop sudden PH changes.
- Cyanuric Acid (Stabiliser) – A correct stabiliser level prevents chlorine being lost to sunlight. If stabiliser builds up too high, you may experience chlorine lock, which is where the hot tub fails to build a free chlorine level due to cyanuric acid blocking this.
There are 50 Test strips in the container.
