Relax Hot Tub PH Minus

PH Minus is used to reduce the PH of your hot tub water. Maintaining the correct PH in your hot tub is essential. Failure to do this will result in bather discomfort and can damage your spa. Ideal PH conditions are 7.2 to 7.6. 

Relax PH Minus will also reduce Total Alkalinity in your hot tub.

Potential Issues with High PH:

• Poor Sanitiser Efficiency. Using lots of chlorine to not much effect and adding risk to bathers.
• Scale build-up on the spa surface and on components.
• Cloudy or dull water and foaming!

Test the PH of your hot tub water. If the PH of the water is above 7.6 then apply PH Minus as follows:

1. Pre-dissolve the required amount of PH Minus in a clean plastic bucket filled with warm water. Please note that you can add directly to your hot tub as the water temperature is high which allows the product to easily dissolve.
2. Ensure that your hot tub circulation pump is turned on before slowly pouring the solution directly onto your spa water surface.
3. Continue to run your circulation pump for 15 minutes.
4. Re-test your spa water and repeat dosage until PH reading of between 7.2 and 7.6 is achieved.
5. Allow 15 minutes before using your hot tub.
