Happy Non Chlorine shock can be used to shock dose (oxidise) your Hot Tub or Pool weekly. Add to destroy odours and wastes such as perspiration, cosmetics and body oils, restoring sparkle and insuring bather comfort. It is fast acting and has minimal effect on chlorine or bromine levels. Suitable for spas and Swimming pools that are running on Bromine or Chlorine. Non-Chlorine shock oxidises and removes organic and non-organic contamination from water without increasing sanitiser levels. It also reduces unpleasant chloramines (used up chlorine). Non-Chlorine Shock is the ideal shock treatment for chlorinated or brominated water but should not be used instead, rather alongside.

When I apply this product, how long do I have to wait to use my hot tub?
Wait at least 15 minutes before using your spa and ensure you run the jets for 3-5 minutes to safely disperse the product in the water.

Will this product affect my Chlorine / Bromine level?
No, however if you test your spa straight after dosing, an irregular result may be given.

Will this work in my pool ? Yes however you will require a large dose and the shock will need to be dissolved in a bucket before being dosed into the pool.

My Pool/Spa is Cloudy; will this clear the water ? Yes, This shock is designed for water recovery but if the water is extremely dirty and sanitiser levels are low, a chlorine-based shock may work better. Sometimes water goes past the point of saturation and your hot tub will need draining and re-filling.

Make sure that your pool or spa is not being used when adding this product.
Add to the water when your jet pump is running.
For Swimming Pools, Add at a rate of 500g per 45 cubic meters (10,000 gallons) of pool water.
For Hot Tubs, Add at a rate of 15g per 1,000 litres (220 gallons).
For Swimming Pools, Pre-dissolve in a clean plastic bucket of swimming pool water.
Wait at least 15 minutes beofre using your pool or spa.
